Sky Views Dubai

Sky Views is the newest and most creative spot in Dubai for fun activities and thrilling new experiences. The Observatory, which is housed on floors 52 and 53 of the twin Address Sky View Hotel, provides both locals and guests with an unforgettable experience. Take an exciting ride in the panoramic glass elevator to a height of more than 219.5 metres. Walk on the 25-meter glass floor to take in breathtaking views of the city’s stunning skyline and the sparkling coast.
Sky Views Observatory is more than just another observation deck; it’s an exhilarating, one-of-a-kind attraction that must not be missed and the starting point for three extreme activities. Sky Views is a futuristically designed podium connecting the top of The Address Sky View’s twin 50-story elliptical dual towers rising from a curvilinear podium. It is situated close to Downtown Dubai, across from Burj Khalifa (with a total height of 237.45m and 260.85m, respectively).

The Sky Views observatory, which is located 219.5 metres above Dubai, has a stunning 25-meter-long glass floor at the cantilevered observation deck, where visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the city. Visitors can also take in the views from the Panorama 52 restaurant and the panoramic elevator with glass on three sides. Sky View hotel in Dubai offers one-of-a-kind, heart-pounding experiences that are exclusive to the area, such as an outdoor glass slide that transports users from level 53, which is at 219.5 metres, to level 52, which is at 215.5 metres, all inside a transparent glass tube. The Edge Walk, a thrilling air-walk experience that is a regional first, enables guests to step onto the exterior perimeter and enjoy the expansive views of the Burj Khalifa while defying gravity.
