    Important Things To Know

    • Please bring a valid ID or passport with you for this activity.
    • The visitor must be between the ages of 12 and 65. A parent or guardian must join riders under the age of 18 on the day of the booking.
    • You must be at least 130 cm tall, weigh 45-100 kg, and be in excellent health.
    • Please dress comfortably and wear closed shoes; no skirts, dresses, flip-flops or other loose footwear.
    • Any bulky accessories, such as earrings, bracelets, and superhero capes, should be kept at home. Additionally, please respect local UAE customs by dressing modestly.
    • Small lockers are available for storing small belongings, including purses, wallets, keys, and cell phones. There is no storage room for shopping bags, luggage, or other items. Since space is limited, please empty your locker after your ride.
    • Throughout the experience, a camera will be mounted to your helmet. A customised video and photographs will be sent to the email address you provided when registering.
    • Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in this activity.
    • The guest should not be high on drugs, alcohol, or other substances that impair judgement.
    • The guest should be clear of significant medical or mental illnesses that would prevent him or her from completing the physical and mental tasks requested throughout the ride.
    • The guest should not have any medical conditions that require rapid medical treatment.
    • Xline Dubai will not issue refunds or compensation for cancelled bookings for any reason.
