The new Lila Wood-fired Taqueria on Jumeirah Beach Road introduces the flavours of Mexican cuisine to Dubai. Chef Chaw Lash, a former employee of the kitchens of Michelin Star Chef Rick Bayless and a student of food historian Diana Kennedy, opens the first wood-fired taqueria in the Middle East with her partner Tarek Islam. They use traditional cooking methods to grind heirloom Mexican corn into masa for the tortillas. Visitors can savour delicious street tacos and wood-grilled dishes, which are prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients.
Inaugurated in January 2023, Rüya Dubai serves a taste of quality, seasonal cuisine from the Anatolian peninsula. Visitors may experience palate-pleasing flavours and visually attractive décor in a lively setting at restaurants that offer a gastronomic adventure steeped in Turkey’s rich past. The restaurant’s head chef, Gökhan Cokelez, is from Anatolia and prepares unique meals such as grilled seabream with a seasoned herb rub and courgette dolma (wild mushroom ragout, fennel, and oregano).
On Pearl Jumeira Island, the Tashas Group’s Bungalo34 is a stunning beachfront restaurant that offers Mediterranean cuisine in a peaceful setting with an ocean view. Also, it’s the best spot to see a beautiful sunset.
The Royal Dubai Estiatorio Milos, situated in Atlantis, one of the best seafood restaurants in Dubai by acclaimed Chef Costas Spiliadis, is renowned for its fresh seafood, including wild oysters and exquisite ceviche.

The French restaurant Josette, with its pastel-pink and deep-green decor, lavish chandeliers, and gold accents, is one of the most Insta – worthy restaurants in the city.
