 Burj Khalifa

The Burj Khalifa is currently the tallest structure in the world, standing 830 metres (2,723 feet) tall. It should come as no surprise that it is one of Dubai’s top destinations for Instagram photos. Without climbing to the top of the Burj Khalifa, no trip to Dubai is complete! It’s one of the top locations in Dubai for photography and offers an amazing view of the city. Don’t skip the glass viewing platform on the 124th floor if you want to shoot pictures with the Dubai skyline in the background. Make sure to capture a shot inside the structure, where the painted wings are one of Dubai’s most Instagrammable locations.

Ways to get there

Use the red metro line, which stops at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station, for public transit. You must then continue walking for around 1 kilometre to get to the Burj Khalifa entrance in the Dubai Mall. Use a taxi instead and request to be dropped off at the Fashion Parking in the Dubai Mall from the driver.

The best time to visit

The Burj Khalifa is often visited for sunset, but it’s recommended to visit for sunrise. The cheapest Burj Khalifa sunrise tickets include a light breakfast at the cafeteria, allowing you to capture perfect Instagram shots without crowds. However, this package is only available on Fridays and Saturdays, so it’s best to book the earliest time slot to avoid crowds. The sunrise experience is worth waking up early for.

Fees:

Depending on when and which levels you want to visit, different ticket prices apply. The 124–125 levels are accessible with ordinary tickets, which range in price from AED 159 to AED 234. You need to reserve the Sunrise + Morning Treat option, which costs AED 129, if you wish to watch the sunrise. The Burj Khalifa’s 148th level, which is its highest point, is also accessible, but doing so will be very expensive; premium tickets range in price from AED 389 to AED 543. To learn more about visiting the Burj Khalifa, read this comprehensive guide!

Sky Views Observatory

The Sky Views Observatory is one of Dubai’s best Instagrammable locations right now because it’s the new kid on the block. You may shoot pictures with the Burj Khalifa in the background from this observation deck, which is located across the street from the building. The public observatory is located 219.5 metres (721 feet) above Dubai’s downtown parks and shopping centres. You can go to the deck by yourself or muster the nerve to take on the Edge Walk, which is a hands-free walk on a ledge outside the tower. Try the glass Sky Slide instead. You are launched violently from the 53rd story to the 52nd floor by this tube, which winds its way around the tower’s outside. Your ticket includes one trip down the glass slide, so don’t skip it!

Ways to get there

The observatory is close to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station (Red Line). Public buses provide excellent connections to the mall, and it’s simple to get an Uber, Careem, or regular Dubai taxi to bring you there.

The best time to visit

Arrive at the same time as the store opens. Otherwise, it becomes really crowded, and you can have to wait for the glass slide for up to an hour. The daily hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Cost

The observatory’s entrance fee is AED 85. One trip down the Sky Slide is included with this package; subsequent trips cost AED 25. Tickets can be purchased here. The terms and conditions of The Edge Walk are AED 174.

Shangri-La Dubai Terrace

One of the best places to shoot the Dubai skyline is at Shangri-La Dubai, one of the best hotels in Dubai with a view of the Burj Khalifa. You can’t top this view from the hotel’s open-air terrace on the 42nd level, which looks out over the Burj Khalifa and the Downtown Dubai cityscape. Sadly, there are only two ways to access this magnificent patio: either you must be a hotel guest or you can reserve the terrace for a private event. With the “Just You and the View at 42” dinner package, you may enjoy a private dining experience on the terrace. It may sound like a fantasy, but it’s a very expensive option, so if you don’t want to blow all of your money on this experience, book a few nights at the hotel and go to the terrace for the view. if you want to shoot pictures with the Dubai skyline in the background. Make sure to capture a shot inside the structure, where the painted wings are one of Dubai’s most Instagrammable locations.

Burj Park by Emaar

The Burj Park by Emaar is where you need to go if you want to take the ideal Instagram photo with the entire Burj Khalifa in the background! The park is breathtaking and provides breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa as well as the adjacent towers. Just have a look at the images below to see why it must be on the list of Dubai’s top Instagrammable locations! The one drawback is that professional cameras are not permitted; therefore, having a phone with a wide-angle lens is essential.

Wings of Mexico Statue

One of Dubai’s trendiest installations and unquestionably one of the best locations for photos is the Wings of Mexico statue. The wings are really picturesque, and when the Burj Khalifa is in the background, you can create the ideal Instagram shot! Basically, there are two distinct ways to frame it: either with the Burj Khalifa high in the background or inside the frame of the wings.

Ways to get there

The Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall, and the Wings of Mexico statue may all be visited together easily because they are all close to one another. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or the 27 or F13 bus, both of which stop directly in front of the wings.

The best time to visit

Since it is rarely crowded, you can go almost whenever you like. And even if it does, there will probably be someone waiting in line to take a shot here, which will ruin your picture.

Palace Downtown

One of Dubai’s most exquisite hotels, Palace Downtown, provides a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. If you’re seeking the best places to take pictures in Dubai, certainly check out the pool area outside the hotel since you may visit it even if you are not a hotel guest. The use of a professional camera is hard here as well, and whether the guards permit it or not depends on their attitude. A phone with a wide-angle lens can come in handy, much like the Burj Park by Emaar!

Ways to get there

The Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall, and the Palace Downtown can all be reached by foot, making this the simplest combination of attractions to see. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or the nearby bus routes 27 or F13.

Forever Rose Cafe

Ebraheem Al-Samadi established the innovative concept café Forever Rose. The cafe’s design resembles a 2D artwork from a children’s book, which gives you the impression that you are a character in the story.
