Refund and Standard Amendment Procedures - Tripfinder Tours & Travels

Tripfinder Tours & Travels does not immediately confirm a reservation with your online or offline purchase. Within 24 hours of making your purchase, you will receive an email (or possibly a WhatsApp message) confirming it. If your purchase and the date of your tour are made on the same day, you will also receive a message via WhatsApp confirming your tickets for the tour. If we are unable to confirm the purchase due to non-availability, we will fully refund the purchase price without any further fees. Every one of our customers is urged to read the cancellation policy, and we suggest that they get travel insurance.

What is refundable?

Some tours and activities need a minimum number of participants to function; in the event that any tours fall short, every affected participant will receive a refund or the option to select alternative tours or activities. If the price of the new replacements is more than the price of the original product, additional fees will be charged for those tours.

The particular tour operator will decide on any further reimbursements based on exceptional circumstances.

What is not Refundable?

Travellers who fail to show up on the day of departure will NOT receive a refund.

If a traveller doesn't use any of the tour's components, there won't be a refund.

When airfare is included in the total cost of a package tour, it is completely non-refundable and non-changeable. (In the event of any eligibility, refund terms will be determined by the airline.)

Once confirmed, it is not possible to swap or refund hotel extra stays or Immediate Confirmation products (such as admission tickets, city passes, etc.).

Our Refunding Policy

All tour packages, activities, and tickets are subject to the following cancellation policies. Unless there is a specific or separate cancellation policy for the tours, tickets, or packages that were purchased. Any modifications to the cancellation policy will be noted on the itinerary pages for each tour, package, and activity. Please be aware that, when relevant, we will always abide by the specific tour restrictions.

Made a cancellation Six days or less before departure: non-refundable.

50% of the total purchase price may be reimbursed 7–15 days prior to the departure date.

75% of the total purchase price may be reimbursed 16 to 24 days prior to the departure date.

100% of the whole purchase price may be reimbursed if made 25 or more days before the departure date.

Important points:

The date we receive your official email is used to determine the cancellation fees for all cancellations and revisions.

Reservations made via wire transfer, cash deposit, money order, traveller's check, or cashier's check will typically have their money returned to the same account. Refund processing could take 48 hours to 5 working days.

Single-Day Tours/Activities*: For a complete refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience's start date.

How can I cancel my booked tours, activities, and packages?

Any changes or cancellations must be announced via email.

Rules and regulations

The Booking: When we confirm your reservation for the tour of your choice and get your signed booking form or an email of confirmation, your reservation with Tripfinder Tours & Travels is considered to have been made (Sometimes Whatss app chats will also take into consideration). Communication of all pertinent information is required. Our terms and conditions and refund policy take effect as soon as the reservation is made.

Payment:

A deposit of 50% of the tour price per person is due to the company when the booking form has been completed and signed, or after receiving the confirmation email. Additionally, the remaining balance must be paid according to the payment arrangements established by the tour consultant prior to the booking.

Payments:

Each booking will be confirmed only after receiving the deposit amount which 50% of the total tour cost per person. The balance should be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country (from Dubai in case of Outbound packages). During peak times, the booking shall be confirmed only after receiving 100% tour cost as payment advance.

Liability:

None of the hotels, buses, or other facilities mentioned in the tour is owned or under the control of Tripfinder Tours & Travels. Therefore, we are not responsible because we are the tour operator for the package.

Where the customer is responsible for the contract's improper execution.

When failures occur as a result of extraordinary or unpredictable events that are beyond our control (such as natural disasters, disease epidemics, and travel restrictions).

We do everything in our power to maintain business standards and deliver a level of service that the customers find acceptable. To the best of the company's knowledge, the content on this website has been carefully compiled, is accurate, and has been written in good faith.

Complaints:

We try our best to provide our visitors/travellers with a nice and trouble-free holiday experience, but occasionally things don't go as planned. If you have any problems, please let your tour manager or tour consultant know (at the same time), and they will take all necessary steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Within 28 days of the tour's conclusion, you must give written notice to the company if the issue was not satisfactorily remedied.

Passport and visa

Except for citizens who receive a visa on arrival, foreign nationals need a passport that is valid for at least six months and a valid visa in order to enter the UAE. The cost of the excursion does not include the processing of your passport or visa. If the cost of a visa was not included in the initial package price, it will be charged for outbound shipments.

Late Check-out / Early Check-in

Please be aware that check-in and check-out times in Dubai hotels are typically 14:00 and 12:00, respectively. As a result, the fee for early check-in and late check-out is not covered by the price of the package. The check-in time and check-out time for outbound packages are subject to the customary check-in time regulations of each nation. We can always request an early check-in or a late checkout if necessary, but we cannot guarantee either since it all relies on the hotel's policy, the time of year, and the room's availability.

Additional Uses for our Cars/Coaches

Please be aware that until specifically included in the schedule, the cost of the vehicle (cars/coaches with the driver) does not include further usage of the vehicle, such as after a transfer or after touring.

Surcharge

The cost of your travel arrangements is subject to surcharges in the event that scheduled airfare suddenly increases, as well as any government-imposed taxes. Even in this situation, we will endeavour to absorb 2% of the cost; any amount above 2% will be subject to a surcharge.
