The visa process was handled very efficiently and we received the Sharjah visa on the same day (Thursday) after the exit to Oman, which we truly appreciate. However, the post-visa experience was disappointing. The return transportation from Oman, which was promised for the evening, was not provided as the vehicle had already left by noon. Despite repeated follow-ups, no alternative transport or public option was arranged, and we had to stay until Saturday evening to return. The accommodation provided was also not up to the mark, with issues like bed bugs making the stay uncomfortable.
