Day 1

You will be given transportation to Munnar, a picturesque 4-hour journey away, from Cochin Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station. Enjoy the waterfalls and natural scenery along the way. When you arrive in Munnar, check into your accommodation and have the rest of the day to relax. Everything for your overnight stay will be taken care of.

Day 2

Start your day with breakfast and then go on a fascinating tour of the neighbourhood. Munnar, located at the confluence of the Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni, and Kundale mountain streams, is 1600 metres above sea level. This beautiful hill town in South India, which used to be the British government’s summer getaway, has a fascinating history. Visits to locations like the Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake, and Echo Point can let you discover Munnar’s beauty. Later in the day, visit Rajamalai, a refuge for the elusive “Nilgiri Thars,” a rare kind of mountain goat. In Munnar, your lodging has been properly planned.

Following breakfast, check out of the accommodation and start the 4-hour trip to Thekkady. After you arrive, check into your hotel room.
